The Sheffield Occupational Health and Safety Association (SOHSA) has been in existence since 1922 - making it the oldest such group in the country, and quite possibly, in the World. Maintaining membership over this period has presented many challenges; World conflict, economic depression, downturn in UK manufacturing industry and more recently the advent of the internet providing easy answers at the touch of a keyboard.

Despite these and other issues, SOHSA has maintained an active and participative membership. Part of the answer to this lies in having the ability to communicate quickly and of course cost effectively. Having an operational website is a key part of this mechanism where a continually fresh look and feel gives the browser the impression that the organisation is modern, active and thriving. Updates need to be timely and association material needs to appear as soon after the event as possible to satisfy those who wish to know more or perhaps were unable to attend the event in person.

Solutions-2-Go has provided a first class service, often thinking one step ahead of the Executive Committee with rejuvenating ideas and themes for the site. Relationships with web providers can be somewhat tempestuous at times, often through the client's inability to understand what is possible and the provider's lack of knowledge of the client's vision.

Solutions-Go has made a significant effort in understanding the needs of the Association, making it clear that in their view, the customer comes first whilst at the same time explaining in simple terms what would be the best range of options in getting that message out into the web.
